Grafiche Lama offers all IML labeling processing, but it also has many years of experience in specialty processing, such as label productions to very high standards with resistances unchanged for up to 10 years.

Yes, we also produce this type of label for different types of packaging also dedicated to the world of logistics.
Unfortunately this is not possible. We can produce a minimum run but not just a few pieces. To be sure of the conformity of the graphics, we can provide a certified cromalin that simulates 99% of what the graphics will look like in series production.
You can send us a physical sample of the object to be decorated. We will derive the theoretical dimensions and send you test labels made with a special plotter with random graphics chosen (without logos) from our current work. You will try them out in the mould. If the result is positive, we will proceed with the processing, otherwise we will make all the necessary changes until we arrive at the desired final size.
Subjected to a thermal shock of 250 degrees, the labels shrink from a minimum of 1.8% to a maximum of 3%. This must therefore be taken into account when studying the dimensions.
They should be stored at room temperature, avoiding excessive cold and heat. Between 18 and 28 degrees.
If stored correctly, the labels also exceed the expiry date.
This is normal and happens because pure plastic materials have a higher resistivity (ability to absorb electrical charges) than the minerals from which ink pigments are made. Some colours, such as black, may contain carbon, which is known to be conductive. In fact, black labels absorb less electricity and are the most difficult to process. In such cases, one must always ensure that the handling system, electrodes and control unit are in perfect working order.
